Reservation and Cancellation Policies
The Milton House Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive bed and breakfast property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please read over our reservation and cancellation policies carefully to ensure the best possible exerience during your stay with us. Note that we do have a cancellation policy that all guests agree to when making a reservation over the phone or online with us.
Reservation Policies
- To secure your reservation an advanced deposit of one night's rate plus your last night reserved must be received by credit card or check. Seven days are allowed for checks to arrive.
- A two-night minimum stay is required in all the suites on week-ends and holidays. Thursday when combined with a Friday night is at full weekend price. Or a Saturday night combined with a Sunday night stay are at full weekend price.
- Add $20.00 for Thursday through Sunday nights during October and during some major holiday periods.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
- Check-in from 3 pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
- Check-out time is 11 am.
- Accommodations include full breakfast in the Main House or a breakfast delivered to your door.
- Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
- No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.
- Absolutely No Smoking inside. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Cancellation Policies
- If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
- In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
- A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room books and for some holidays and special events.
